At DhyanWear, every product is made fresh and printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, each item is unique and produced only after your order is placed.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items purchased from DhyanWear are eligible for return or exchange only if the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and meets the conditions outlined below.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
We stand behind every product we make. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund where applicable:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The item received is different from what was ordered.

The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience any of the above issues.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve claims quickly and fairly, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your package.
The video should:

Show the sealed package before opening.

Show the complete unboxing process in one continuous recording.

Clearly display the condition of the product received.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may take longer to review or may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Because every DhyanWear item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Change of mind after purchase.

Preference changes regarding colour, design, or style.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without prior approval.

Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.

Not sure about your size?
Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. Since all products are made specifically for each order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for sizing issues resulting from incorrect size selection during checkout.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
We do not offer exchanges for:

Personal preference regarding design or colour.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your claim, we will notify you of the outcome via email.
If your claim is approved, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
