•        We currently ship across India.

•        For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at dhyanwear@gmail.com.

 

Processing Time

•        Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

•        Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

•        You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification via email or WhatsApp.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

•        Local (Siliguri & nearby areas): 1–3 business days.

•        Within West Bengal: 3–5 business days.

•        Rest of India: 5–9 business days.

•        Remote or hilly areas may experience slight delays.

Shipping Charges

•        Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.

•        DHYAN WEAR may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our current offers at the time of purchase.

 

Order Tracking

•        Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.

•        You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor delivery status.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

•        If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, refuse the package and contact us immediately.

•        If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

•        Contact us at dhyanwear@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Address

DHYAN WEAR is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Re-delivery charges may apply in case of address correction after dispatch.
